Your leadership matters now more than ever, and every...single...day. Thank you for everything you do for your students, staff, and communities. Each and every day, we celebrate you. This month especially, remember you are truly a super star.


ÒÁµéÔ°ÊÓƵ's Mission to Support You

We know how busy you are. Even our survey back in 2018 before the pandemic began revealed 72 percent of principals work 56 hours per week or more. Ninety-one percent of you don’t feel like you can get your work done in an average work week.

We think that number is way too high, and we’ve made it our mission to discover more and new ways to support you and your colleagues in the critical work you do. This month, we want you to celebrate yourself and each other.
